Account Deletion Instructions

Step-by-step instructions on permanently deleting your OUTREP account, removing workout logs, XP, and profile details.

⚠️ Immediate and Permanent Action

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your workout statistics, match history, levels, XP, and friend links will be completely and irreversibly removed.

📱 Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the App (Recommended)

Follow these steps inside the OUTREP mobile application:

Open Profile Screen
Launch OUTREP and tap the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar.
App > Profile

Tap Manage Account
Under the ACCOUNT section, tap Manage Account.
Profile > Manage Account

Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom, tap the red DELETE ACCOUNT button, and confirm the prompt.

📋 Data Deletion Breakdown

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policy and data protection regulations:

Data Type Status Action Taken
Profile & Account Permanently Deleted Username, display name, email, avatar image, and Firebase Auth UID are permanently erased.
Workout Metrics & Reps Permanently Deleted All recorded pushup counts, workout timestamps, and personal records are purged immediately.
XP, Levels & Streaks Permanently Deleted Athlete levels, XP transaction logs, streak records, and boss raid history are removed.
Matches & Social Permanently Deleted 1v1 match results, friend lists, pending challenge requests, and head-to-head records are severed.

✉️ Method 2: Alternate Deletion Request (Via Email)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account on your device, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our support team:

Email deletion requests are verified and processed within 3–5 business days.
