Terms of Service - OUTREP: Push-Up Battles

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using OUTREP: Push-Up Battles ("OUTREP", "App", "we", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms periodically. Continued use of the application after modifications are published signifies your acceptance of the revised agreement.

Health & Physical Safety Disclaimer

Physical exercise and athletic competition carry inherent risks of injury, physical strain, or medical complications. You are solely responsible for assessing your physical health and fitness level prior to performing workouts or battles on OUTREP.

OUTREP does not provide medical evaluation or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking any rigorous exercise routine or pushup challenge.

Assumption of Physical Risk: By participating in OUTREP workouts, arcade challenges, or live 1v1 matches, you voluntarily accept full responsibility for your physical safety and assume all risks of injury. OUTREP is not liable for any physical harm, strains, or accidents sustained while using the application.

3.

User Accounts & Security

To access leaderboards and live challenges, you must create an account providing accurate and authentic information.

Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction) to establish an account.

Single Profile: Creating duplicate accounts or manipulating ratings through alt accounts violates our fair play policy.

4.

Live 1v1 Battles & Community Standards

OUTREP features live real-time video competition where athletes match against peers. You agree to treat all athletes with respect and maintain high standards of sportsmanship.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:

Broadcasting nudity, sexually explicit, or inappropriate camera content during live matches.

Harassment, abusive language, bullying, or hate speech toward opponents.

Using offensive, vulgar, or trademark-infringing usernames and profile pictures.

Employing third-party bots, emulators, camera spoofers, or automated tools to fabricate workout repetitions.

5.

Intellectual Property Rights

All components of OUTREP—including but not limited to the user interface, exercise detection algorithms, game modes (Flappy Pushups, Neck Rush), artwork, audio effects, and trademarks—are the proprietary property of OUTREP and protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the application for its intended workout purpose.

6.

Account Termination & Deletion

You may terminate this agreement at any time by permanently deleting your account and data via Profile > Manage Account > Delete Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise platform integrity, or engage in cheating without prior notice or refund.

7.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OUTREP is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that computer vision detection will be 100% error-free in all lighting or angle conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OUTREP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
